Reaffirm confidence in your innate wisdom by using creativity as a healing practice. Improve your well being and bring resilience, balance, and calm to your life and others.

Whether you are an artist or not, we are all born with the capacity to be expressive, creative beings. But over the years, and particularly if you’ve been focused on work, family and other responsibilities, that creativity may have been forgotten or neglected. Even professional artists can experience burnout or creative blocks. Yet creativity is an important part of every human’s identity.

Examples of the challenges we work on:
  • Overcoming roadblocks from the past that no longer serve you
  • Achieving resilience in the face of adversity
  • Making changes that feel difficult, but are achievable with the right mindset
  • Realizing the critical self-perceptions that are keeping you from living your best life
  • Building confidence in your intuition and positive emotional intelligence
