GROUP WKSP: Fun with Mindful Meditation and Intuitive Watercolor Painting

Are you stressed and don’t feel like there is enough time in the day to care for your own needs, health, and joy? Maybe you haven’t paused to even notice the stress that is building up in your body and toxifying your spirit. Perhaps you are defeated and feel the only way to live is to just “suck it up”. Can you even recall during your busy day when you slowed down, took a breath in and out, or laughed? These are real stories I hear from my meditation class participants; perhaps they ring true for you, too.

Don't live 2024 feeling this way. This 8 session virtual class is an invitation to reclaim your time, your purpose, your intention, your happiness. With humor, play, creativity and transformational mindfulness practices, you can gain access to your innate wisdom, unlocking deeper levels of self awareness. Learn fun and relaxing, low-pressure ways to thrive, not just survive.

Each class features easy guided meditations and yogic practices, flowing into creative explorations in watercolor painting. Use your innate creativity to express those things that may be hidden in the shadows or causing you tension but may not be easily voiced.

Prior experience with art, meditation, or yoga is not required.
