If you’re undergoing fertility treatments, you know how anxiety and worry can dominate your thoughts. This monthly workshop offers tools for managing your stress and anxiety during the process. Yoga. Meditation. Art.

Monthly on-line workshops are designed specifically for people undergoing fertility treatments. Each session includes a meditation and yoga practice, an expressive art activity, and a group discussion.  Learn techniques to increase your capacity for self-care, relaxation, acceptance, and personal growth during moments of high stress. We will form a community and find new ways to express and process our grief and stress through art and meditation.

No meditation, yoga, or art-making experience required; just an openness to share, be present, and learn.
