Monthly on-line workshops are designed specifically for people undergoing fertility treatments. Each session includes a meditation and yoga practice, an expressive art activity, and a group discussion. Learn techniques to increase your capacity for self-care, relaxation, acceptance, and personal growth during moments of high stress. We will form a community and find new ways to express and process our grief and stress through art and meditation.
No meditation, yoga, or art-making experience required; just an openness to share, be present, and learn.
